Doctor's Medical Bag

The doctor's medical bag was usually used for holding the doctor's medicines and tools. It was black and sometimes made from leather. The bag was used every day. Other people besides doctors used a kit like this one. People kept it around the home in case someone was injured on the farm or playing inside or outside. The doctor hardly ever went anywhere without the bag. The bag was pretty big and black, so it wasn't the easiest thing to carry around. If you look at the 3-D image of the pill bottle, it will show you a pill bottle that was carried regularly in the doctor's bag.
