Myrick's Store and Carriages, Alberton
Submitted by Aliciaa on Mon, 01/21/2008 - 00:39.
This is the Myrick's store with a horse drawn carriage in front of it with multiple people. They got all the workers from the store in the picture as well as their horses.
The carriage was made out of wood with steel for the rims, and the store was made out of wood.
You cannot buy a carriage today. This carriage was made in Canada and was very common. You can still buy buildings like this one in PEI. The time period this picture was taken was around 1900.
