The Comet Bicycle

This bicycle ad, "The Comet," was in the Guardian on the 30th of March, 1895. The Comet cost a lot more money at the time than most of the bicycles I have in my etexts. I have an etext that shows a bike that was $85 dollars, which is pretty close to the $100 the bike in this picture cost.
This bike was named "The Comet," probably because it went really fast, and it is a good name.
