Horse and Buggy
This picture is of a lovely lady dressed in white driving a buggy through a creek. I do not think you could buy a horse carriage today, but if you could, I think it would be a lot of money. The lady is driving one of the more popular buggies. A lot of people used this style of buggy.
The thing that made this picture stand out to me was what the lady was wearing. The dress has puff sleeves and very long sleeves. I believe she would be boiling of heat. She is wearing an old fashioned hat, too. I think the lady might have been going someplace important, like church or a special occasion.
The photo looks like it was taken around the time period 1910.
The buggy she's driving was probably not much money because a lot of people had one.
