Research:

Hands-on research is the backbone of the Living Archives Project. In this video, viewers are guided step-by-step through the research process as conducted by students at the Kensington Intermediate School. We accompany the students on research-gathering excursions to the Provincial Archives, to Orwell Corner, a pioneer village, and to the PEI Artifactory, a storehouse of island artifacts. Through this process students discover that their research enriches their understanding not only of their chosen topics but of their own heritage on the island as well.
