This is a 5 dollar bill from the Bank of Prince Edward Island. Some of the pictures we see on it are an anchor, some animals, and a man on a horse. There are 2 large number 5's in each of the top corners.

Submitted by laurah on Wed, 10/31/2007 - 12:01.The cash register at Orwell Corner was made in the early 1900's. It was nothing like today's! With today's cash registers, you can scan items and push numbers without figuring out the prices in your head.

The Holey Dollar
Submitted by sabrinam on Mon, 10/29/2007 - 00:32.The 3D image (PEI Coin 3D) shows a 1 cent coin. This is just one of the many coins used at this time. Another example is the Holey Dollar. The Holey dollar is a Spanish coin. It had a crown on it, and it was a grey brown color. It was also pretty big. Prince Edward Islanders wanted their own currency, but it was harder than they thought.
